A NEW HYPOTHESIS ON C14 AND THE SHROUD COMES TO LIGHT

This website is dedicated to Ricardo Salcedo Gumucio, Nuclear Physicist and Doctor of Science. A dedication to his International scientific work, especially his hypothesis on Carbon14 in relation to The Shroud of Turin, and the soon-to-be-published book regarding same.
Dr. Ricardo Salcedo left this posthumous work to be tested in the laboratory.  A valuable hypothesis in relation to any study of organic remains which supports the existing  theory  held in scientific circles regarding the altered carbon of the relic.

Dr. Salcedo is well-known for his research on low temperatures batteries, new sources of energy and numerous research investigations into environmental technologies, such as the desalination of seawater.  While working for the Spanish government in the 1960s, he was headhunted to work in the United States because of his interesting contribution in the field of fuel cells, radioactive isotopes, and C14.

In spite of contradictory scientific advances, it is now, with the controversy that The Shroud and  C14 has provoked, that this hypothesis must be taken into account, if validated and verified, just as Dr Salcedo himself called for.

In short: a key piece in the scientific puzzle on The Shroud and Carbon14 that should be brought to light.
